Key Account Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support and cultivate a growth environment with the team
- Monitor and review sales performance to plan weekly
- Manage all phases of the client experience from start to finish
- Forecast and build sales translating plans into key account metrics
- Work closely with Sales Team
- Maintain and build relationships with assigned key accounts
- Prospect new customers
- Plan and develop profitable sales for assigned accounts
- Meet and exceed targets
- Keep informed of market trends and competition
- Other duties as assigned by Leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- +7 years of experience in managerial positions/Sales
- Sales driven, self motivated
- Customer Service oriented
- Proven sales track record
- Professional communication and strong relationship building skills
- Good business sense
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Great positive attitude
- Team player and able to work independently
- Knowledge of MS word
- Problem solver.
